Congratulations! You’ve booked an appointment at your upcoming RV rally! We’ll give you a call or email to confirm we received your appointment request and set up an appointment (which we will confirm a day before your appointment). In the meantime, here are some things to keep in mind:

• We prefer that you DO NOT empty your RV’s holding tanks before we come to your site. That way we can assess “the situation” with your tanks.
• You DO NOT need to be at your RV when we perform our service, but we do need some info from you beforehand, namely the RV make, model, and year, and if you are having any specific problems.
• Normally, we don’t need to go inside your RV. The only time we need to is if you have a clogged toilet that we need to access.
• In 95% of the cases, our cleaning service can get faulty or non-working sensors working again. It’s not guaranteed but we have a pretty good record. Let us know if you are having specific problems.
• We try our hardest not to make a mess around your RV or campsite. Our cleaning system is self-contained, though we may splash a bit of water on the ground.
• We’ll be at your RV for a set amount of time, but it can sometimes take longer if a problem comes up. If this happens and we need to go to another appointment right away, we will have to schedule a follow-up appointment.
• YES! We love questions and you are certainly allowed to watch. In fact, we’ll explain exactly what we are doing, why we’re doing it, and how you can help to keep your waste tank system healthy and functioning better.
• You should have your RV’s waste tanks professionally cleaned at least once a year, or more often if you RV full time. We’ll give you some tips to help keep them working better and healthy between cleanings.
