Kleen Tank is North America’s leading network of professional RV holding tank service companies. Created over ten years ago by our founders, Jim and Debbie Tome, it has grown to be the largest collection of independent authorized dealers in both the United States and Canada. The Kleen Tank Dealer Program began two years ago and now counts 43 dealers in its network, including stationary dealers who service set areas as well as roaming dealers who move around to service customers wherever needed.

Our focus with the RVing community is primarily to educate RV owners, manufacturers, RVing clubs and organizations, and others involved in the RVing industry on the correct ways to care for RV waste handling systems. We are renown in the industry as educators and build this intention into every interaction we have, whether or not we perform a professional cleaning service.

The FMCA represents the pinnacle of RV experience for its members. Long- known as an exclusive organization for primarily motor coach owners, it has smartly expanded its membership to all RV owners. Over the years, the FMCA has evolved into the premiere educational and experiential opportunity for all member RV owners.

Kleen Tank and the FMCA share a common goal: To make every RVer’s experience with their RV one that is wonderful and as carefree as possible. Kleen Tank is committed to the success of this partnership and will do everything it can to ensure that it is a long-term and mutually beneficial arrangement. Like with our service, an RV owner’s positive experience with us is our primary concern.

How our service works

Using clean, high-pressure water (1500 PSI or about 15 times what the typical RV’s tank rinse system uses), we literally scrub every surface in the waste tanks — including tank sensors — until they are “factory kleen.” This cleaning action — from the inside of the tank — removes built-up gunk, cleans sensors, removes obstructions, and eliminates odors. Tanks are left completely clean, draining better and with improved holding capacity.

Special FMCA member pricing

Kleen Tank’s “standard” pricing model for professional RV tank cleaning (up to three waste holding tanks) is currently $300 per RV. We are offering a $50 discount — or special pricing of $250 — for FMCA members who provide a special discount code (“FMCA2024”) to the authorized dealer at the time of service.
